I'm not going to piggyback on Rob's good post. Can you give us an idea of what table conditions you are looking at? Rob made some assumptions, but those are limits where you have fairly standard (3-4 people/flop) and crazy (5-8 people/flop) games. The differences between these two games are really huge, and it makes a big bit of difference how I play my hands. From there, I can make suggestions based on a table of "unknown" opponents.
