I'll always show my hand if I lose and the site allows people to look in the hand history and see it anyway. That's just polite. Other than that, don't show. I MIGHT show it on the first hand I sit down if I have AA or something. But then you waste the once in a long while opportunity when you hit AA again right after it, and people call you because they didn't believe.

Mostly just never show. Bad players aren't paying attention to be fooled, and good players will gain more from the info than I want to give.
