What could villain have that Hero is ahead of? It seems like the best case is a race.
What will hero do if he misses the flop? Bet out into the 3-bet player?
If Hero makes a pair, is it good? I guess pairing the ace is best, but you really can't be sure even then.
If Hero does hit the ace or queen, I think Hero should be expecting to play for stack. If Hero isn't so willing, then its a fold preflop.
I would need to know something compelling about the villain before I could make that call preflop.
Once Hero hits TPTK I think going for a check-raise is best (though a check-call plan might be better vs some villains). If you bet out, the Villain can fold losing cards and makes hero pay off when he is losing.
As played, I think Hero should bet the turn, since there seems little way to fold to a bet (pot = $140, villain has $80 left.) That being the case, Hero is best off being the better rather than the caller.
