Hmmm. Without knowing how you play it's hard but what really helped me early on was i stopped playing those medium strength hands like QT, KT, QJ, JT until i really started to feel that i could put people on a range of hands very close to what they were holding. Once you learn to do that you can intergrate more speculative hands and know when to value bet and when to fold.
