Topic: Problem with William Hill Forum: Bonus Whores

Hopefully I can get some advice here as to what I need to do about my situation.

On Monday, I tried to deposit $500 from NeTeller to William Hill. However, in the middle of the transaction, I get a message saying that I had insufficient funds. So I check my NeTeller, as I'm sure I had $1300 in there, and I noticed that I had two separate deposits of $500 to William Hill for Monday.

So, I immediately e-mail William Hill about the situation. I also used the live help feature on NeTeller and got the transaction codes from them for those two transactions. I have yet to receive a response from William Hill. I've e-mailed them 4 times since that first e-mail on Monday night, and still I haven't received a response.

I know that customer support on William Hill is bad, but I didn't think it was this bad. Would trying to call William Hill make a difference? Is there a toll free number to William Hill, or is it an international call from U.S?

Thanks for any help that can be given.

edited to add: My William Hill account shows no mention of the $1000 that NeTeller says was deposited to them. Again, thanks for any help that can be given.
