I ran into the same "suprise" when cashing out as well. The sportsbook does have a neteller cashout option. Basically, you transfer your intended cashout to the sportsbook and wait for it to appear - as I recall, it was around 1 day or so, sometimes less. You log into the sportsbook via their web interface using the same account information as the your poker account. Once the money hits the sportsbook account, you can cashout. I've gone through this process three times with no problems.

Coral bet is somewhat similar, however the transfer to the sportsbook is instant. For me, overall turnaround was just over three days.
