I just went through this and it took a few days for it to get done.

since you already cashed out to intertops - make sure your poker id works at intertops.com - mine didn't

if it doens't email info@intertops.com and tell them you want it to work - may take a day or so but they will get it fixed

you should also recieve a email from pay-pro.com saying your cashout has been completed - at that time your $$$ should be in your intertops.com account and you can cashout to neteller
