This is part of the worksheet they sent me once when I requested a statement. I had to request it about 5 times before they actually sent it. It looks to me like you have lost $6. I am just guessing but it could be that they deduct the instacash fee from your bonus if you used that method to make your deposit. Otherwise, I don't know.
