Sorry jek, but I don't think you'll be able to use them as an affiliate....
MY FIRST MESSAGE:
Hello,
Several weeks ago I deposited and started playing on your site. You were offering a generous bonus to be cleared at a rate of 5 raked hands per dollar. I had 300 bonus dollars and played 1500 raked hands and expected the bonus money to be released. Much to my surprise only about half was released. I then talked to customer support, and went back and forth several times with them. They told me that 5x in raked hands was not what you intended, but rather 5 times you rake contribution. Subsequently the website was changed to reflect that. I tried playing for about 20 minutes to see how it would affect the bonus.....I played in a $2/$4 game about 20 hands...9 of which were raked, and 3 of the 9 were contributed, and the bonus amount that was released was $0.05. At this rate it would work out to a 180x raked hands rather than the 5x raked hands advertised. I believe it to be fradulant not to honor the original agreement. I equate it to going into a restaurant and ordering a $20 prime rib, and then when it's time to pay the bill, say $20 is too much for the Prime rib I'm only going to give you 10.....Or if the restaurant tried to charge you $30 stating what was printed in the menu wasn't what was intrended. By them handing you a menu and you ordering from it, is a binding agrement......My you advertising a bonus, and me playing it and meting the requirements, is the same sort of binding agreement. My first and foremost request would be for you to honor the original agreement. Secondly, if for some reason you think fraud is appropriate, I would like to hope you could appease me by releasing a portion of the unreleased bonus or by coming up with an easier way (180x raked) to obtain the bonus. I look forward to hearing your thoughts in this matter.

Scott,
Unfortunately the difficulty in operating an online poker site is in separating the player base that you're intending on marketing towards while avoiding the ones that are not only trying to take advantage of sites but make a habit out of looking for these situations.
You were not solicited for this site, this is known because advertising for the site has yet to begin. Someone in your click on BonusWhores.com got wind of a site before it opened up for marketing and you've only made your efforts to grab and run as if nobody was watching.
Just like any other form of mischief, your efforts of integrity would meet you with grander rewards.
Our interests are solely in being a great site for the true poker player and rewarding those players. Unfortunately we must continue to evaluate any program that is set up to avoid players such as yourself.
We've already passed out reward dollars for the past month that has surpassed any site online, and these reward dollars went to actual poker players that were surprised to receive them. 30% of the rake for March went back into the player base in rewards and incentives.
I welcome you to either join in and play and receive the rewards.....or continue in the .10/.20 hold em tables until you're old and gray to obtain your bonus. We're not looking for your style of action at all.

LuckyRiverPoker.com,
I am sorry to hear you have elected to go the route of fraud. Online fraud is a very serious offense and not to be taken lightly. I like to try out many diferent sites to see which ones/ones I like playing in the best....Just like a new restaurant may offer incredible dinner specials to get people in the door and try out their menu, online poker sites offer incredible bonus specials to get people in the door to try their site. While I have played many sites, received a bonus and did not come back, I have played others, received a bonus and kept playing without a bonus. Just like the restaurants, I have tried many dinner specials and not gone back, and others I frequent regularly. Poker Stars and Ultimatebet come to mind for poker rooms. Fast games, good software, fast cashouts and good customer service. I will keep looking out for new sites to try to see if I like any better than Poker Stars and Ultimate Bet. Obviously online fraud does not put you at the top.
Throughout the Bonuswhores.com forums I have always spoken positively about your site, giving you the benifit of the doubt, which by your comments of "players such as yourself" you have not given me. With the influx of online poker rooms out there I am sure you will understand my reluctance to play at your site any longer. Although highly unlikely, perhaps one day when LuckyRiverPoker fixes all that ails it (fraudulent activities, no real time bonus status, no downloadable version) I will find myself playing there again. I must admit however, from my experience you have the best support staff of any online site. I spoke with Tim and Dimitri on many occasions about this matter and they have been most helpful and knowledgable. They are one of the few support staffs that when they say they will call you back they actrually do. I have no doubt if you fix the easy fix issues (software bugs, enhancements, lack of integrity) that you could have a successful site. (As long as they do not hear of your fradulant activities). In the meantime from what I hear your support staff also services other online poker rooms, I guess I will trying playing there looking for my poker room of choice.

HIS RESPONSE
Scott,
You can take things however you want to, the site was only opened up to a select few through word of mouth and special relationships. It had not been advertised out to the public and yet you not only found it but attempted to raid it. You didn't run across fraud and you aren't suffering from any losses.
You deposit $1,000 and play .10 poker hands trying to raid the till while nobody is prepared for it. You dare scream fraud when your site is focused on making a profit on loop holes.
The owners are all professional poker players and nobody was seeking out your action. We specialize in the bigger money players basically through our relationships and we will cater to them. Your efforts of pinching the site is laughable and I'm sure you can find better things to do with your time.
Nobody is giving you a difficult time, we encourage you to cash out your funds and will be thrilled to remove them for you. Your total rake is just over $60 and your bonus is well over that. Take your theft and run Scott. You and your "team" only ruin honest intentions of encouraging our desired players to the site.
So yes, your brother your friends, we're not looking for you and nobody advertised to you. Our only interest is in profit minded honest poker players that we can build a relationship with.
The site will be functioning perfectly WHEN IT IS OPENLY ADVERTISED. You snuck under the radar, you stole your funds.....now let's just go our separate ways. Geesh boy, we don't even have the downloadable version out yet. HELLO ! our name isn't even on the table yet !
Stop crying and withdrawal your funds. We can't miss you if you won't leave.
There's not a single poker player worth his salt that would want me to cater to your crying lil ten cent playing all in with A rag from under the gun fishing raggy ass. You can't even win in the ten cent rooms, you sure as hell have played enough dumb ass hands in them to get an evaluation on your game. You put in so much time in stealing bonuses, read a damn poker book and increase your profit.
You might be pissed, but I speak DAH TRUTH !
If you ever grow up and want to be treated like a man....LuckyRiverPoker.com actually would be the site for you to play on. Even after your pathetic start, you'd be treated like a king on this site.
I do wish you luck on your journey, but shut up and get a life.
MY NEXT RESPONSE
All I can say is "WOW". First of all, I never played in any .10 tables. All of my action was done at $1/$2 and $2/$4. I guess your software does not work properly enough to note that. Secondly, by putting something on your home page that offers a deal and by accepting my funds, that is fraud without a doubt. If the website was only open to a select few then you should have noted that on your home page and not accepted me as a customer. Thirdly, "playing all in with A rag from under the gun fishing raggy ass"....very professional I must admit (please note the sarcasm). Even still "all-in" if your software was worth a grain of salt perhaps you would have known that all of my play was "limit". Or perhaps you have me confused with someone else you victimized. Fourthly, "You might be pissed, but I speak DAH TRUTH ! "....I'm afraid perhaps Klepto is running your site.....Lastly "Even after your pathetic start, you'd be treated like a king on this site. ".....Treated like a king......How so? Let me give you a bit of business advice because it appears you have NO business sense (which is a business ruin for sure); Did you even create a business plan? In order to gain new customers you need two things at a minimum...offer something no other site does (They ned to have a reason to play at your site); and you must value each and every player and treat them all like kings....Word of mouth goes a long way to building a business....You so far have accomplished neither......
One further thing you say "If you ever grow up and want to be treated like a man...."......I say to you....If you want to run a reputable site, you need to own up to your mistakes and pay people what is rightfully theres. Unless you are afraid to be a man. You know I am right in this matter. Perhaps I will see how many people were rooked by you and see if a class action lawsuit is in order.
Good Day Sir.
HIS NEXT RESPONSE
The law and specifically international law is something you clearly have no background in. Although a simple look in any dictionary will define fraud to you and clearly that has not occurred. All I have been able to see by looking into your account is that you're a bozo who's personal life must be a mess. Dude, get a life.
Due to your con man efforts you even suckered Tim into releasing MORE of a bonus to you than you were supposed to receive.
You're clearly upset that you thought you could sneak in and steal a bunch of money. Nobody cares to cater to you, please choose the withdrawal method of your desire so that you receive your money or we'll simply send you a check. A check is the slowest method though.
You apparently can't even tell when the sarcasm is slapping you in the face. Your integrity is not what we are looking for, that is an area you lack. You're a very little person in personality that has been a rude and disrespectful individual. I'm letting out the response that the staff
is not permitted to.
Your passion in this fight has been pretty silly.
How's that for a "wow" ?
MY LAST RESPONSE
That's pretty good for a wow. All I can say is you have been way more disrespectful than I in this matter, and I challenge you to find something that I said that can be taken as disrespectful...such as "you're a bozo", "Dude, get a life", "You're a very little person "....and those are just from this response.....As far as Tim goes, he is a professional in this industry who knows when a wrong has been committed, and he was just trying to do his small part.....As far as you rudeness goes, you are acting like a 10 year old school girl (OK now I am being rude) who doesn't get her way....Advertising a bonus that you were not prepared to pay out is a MISTAKE that you made...Yes you made a mistake(one of many) and I know it must be hard for you to take, but you should own up to your mistakes instead of acting childish in this matter. Your banter is small and condescending and I do not wish to converse with you any longer. This message will be my last as obviously you are missing the point time and time again. You may respond but do not expect a reply. Hopefully our paths will not cross again.
