Hmmm, yes i recalled too someone trying to register purportedly from the US outlying islands. Anyway, since other people will now notice this attractive Expekt bonus i searched for Expekt threads. You really should not bother when residing in the US. If you find a scheme to register anyway, they not only may deny your bonus but also your winnings and request all sorts of ID just to get your deposit back. Edit: just sent Expekt a little email wondering whether they are now accepting US players. I got a response back from them very quickly: for legal reasons they still do not allow US players.
