OK, I got a first response as follows from Will Hill. This came into my mail account at 2:21 AM Eastern time.

We are aware that you may have experienced some difficulties with our Poker service recently following a server crash that originated with our software supplier. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused and would like to assure you that we are taking all possible measures to ensure that this does not occur again.

They continue in their email to say that they have been so overwhelmed by emails that I will need to call their toll-free number to work with them and that they are very willing to investigate.

I'm surprised no one else posted about this. Apparently there was a very real crash. I'll keep everyone posted as to how I come out.
