My plan was basically to spend the rest of October whoring the 20X Multis at the 25 NL tables. Last night, after the split from Party I was probably getting 1/2 to 2/3 the number of raked hands per hour as I was before. There were just too many tight players around, and too many non-raked pots even at the $1 threshold.
This morning, I looked and saw that the PL games all had higher average pots than the straight NL games. I opened up 4 and played for several hours. I found that most of the players there were quite weak-tight, with a few 30%+ VP$IP players scattered around. It was much easier to tell where you were in a hand than playing with the Party maniacs. I found the clearing rate at the PL tables to be roughly equivalent to what I was getting before, meaning a pretty quick clearing rate. I also had a good session against the TPPs, winning $88.
If this trend changes, I see no change in my plans... I'll spend the rest of my month whoring Multi, with the exception of the 350 RH I still owe Party for last week's reload.
