I find it happens most at Bodog - must see it once every couple of hours, and I found out why when I reported someone. Basically they do nothing:

Anyone else see it more often at Bodog?
Quite frankly if I am going to suffer because Bodog are unwilling to enforce only legitimate use of All-ins then I intend to play the same game. I've never done it before but I don't expect to be at a disadvantage because I don't cheat. I would recommend everyone else to do the same.
