Topic: Multiple prima accounts Forum: Bonus Whores

All my prima accounts have currently been locked. I've emailed the bet365 support and they're saying I have multiple aliases, I reply telling them I am certain I only have 1 alias. They've now replied back with:

" I can confirm that your account is currently suspended due to multiple
use of this one alias, please can you confirm if you are aware of
someone using the same alias. "

Are they saying that I'm in trouble for using the same alias across multiple Prima rooms?

Also, could anyone provide me with an official link, which explicitly allows users to use the same alias across multiple Prima rooms?

I'm worried they're going to try claim this is against a T&C and so I'd like to be able to reply stating this is, according to Prima, completely acceptable.
