Bet365 is a Prima site. Most people will get asked to provide documentation during one of their first cashouts from the Prima network. It is a hassle, but only once. Thereafter, the cashouts proceed normally.
Then when you cashout from a second, third, etc., Prima site, they do not usually request the documentation again, because the Prima payout center has the first one on file.
Unfortunately, the first time you run into this, they always seem to drag their heels. So, if you think you will be in a hurry for your money, you may want to find out now what they want, and give it to them now, and get confirmation from them that they are satisfied with everything.
