Actually, most of the Cryptos charge up to 1 ($ or £ depending on the site/currency) for cashouts. But the amount "lost" in the OP's transaction is more likely due to Mikke's suggestion (or something similar). They have definately not applied such high fees.

Have you checked back into your Crypto account that all the money did indeed get moved from there?
