Disconnects, site crashes, and other "technical difficulties" are a fact of life for online poker. UB's policy is pretty clear on what happens in these situations. If you were 2nd in chips even if 1st was only ahead of you by a small margin, I'd just let it go. It sucks but what do you expect them to do? Have a secretary call all three people and schedule a time when all three of you can finish playing ? Not really sure what you're bitching about more, their disconnect policy or the reply that CS gave you which I admit could be rude/sarcastic but we have no context as to why they answered that way other than it was in reply to an email from you that you told them you were "pissed."
