They had called me on the phone to verify my information. Everything was cool but after a couple of days they put the funds back in my poker account. I called a "manager" and they said they had sent me an email requesting a fax, which they never did, and I get emails from them for bouties and stuff all the time but no email requesting a fax.
I faxed the information, they called and said I was free to do a withdrawal. I went to do the withdrawal and 5 minutes later they put the funds back into my poker account. I called them and they were rude on the phone, saying I never faxed anything, and I was never called and told I could cash out. I faxed them the information again and they called again saying I could withdrawal. This time it went through. |
