On any site but Pacific I would agree but this has happened to too many people on Pacific after cashing out $1,000+ for many months in a row ... If you search 2+2 you will find many people (including me) cashed out $1,000+ from there for 6,7,8 months in a row then BLAMO, you can't win anymore regardless how fishy the tables are. After about 6 weeks of that and reading it had happened to many others I gave up and quit playing there. Then I had my wife open an account (that I played on) and went right back to winning like crazy.
Also, I met (face to face) a "team" player who was willing to talk to me about how his "team" operated. Any guesses what site they operated on? ... yep ... Pacific.
They have a very fishy site and it seems they want to keep it that way. Why else not improve the software? Why not allow multi-tabling? Why do they "fake" the lobby stats?
So my conclusion is they dont want consistently winning players around (and I am not the only one, again, see related threads on 2+2), what I dont get is how that squares with allowing collusion to go on.
Do I think the vast majority of poker rooms are rigged ... no. Do I think Pacific is rigged? Only if you cash out over $1,000 in winnings many months in a row without making any deposits; then yes. Pacific is a great place to cash in for a while but once they put you on the "list" (or hit you with the "BLAMO") you might as well forget it exists and move on. |
