Topic: where is bet365? Forum: Bonus Whores
Commercial bookmakers don't commonly welch on their commitments. Online bookmakers have an even stronger reason not to welch on their bets to protect the trust of people who make deposits in foreign lands with little or no recourse from dishonesty. None of us knows what caused Bet365 to welch on their free chips offer, but there is certainly the chance they are on the edge of going out of business and are desparatly trying to stay alive by any means they can find.

Maybe your poker deposit is safe at Bet365.

Maybe your sportsbook deposit is safe at Bet365.

Maybe Bet365 will honor bets made through their site.

Maybe everything will work out OK when you try to get your money back from Bet365.

But what does the player get for taking that risk? There are other prima sites to play. Lots of poker bonuses at 10X or better. Sportsbook odds are the same elsewhere. Many other casinos offer deposit bonuses.

For me, the risk is one sided. Heads I get <maybe> what I can get at hundreds of other on-line gaming sites, tails I lose my deposit. That makes me on the losing side of a freeroll. No thanks! I'll take my business and money elsewhere.
