If you are on a full 10 seat ring and hold KK, AA will appear 4% of the hands. Out of 100 KK hands, you should see an average of 4 AA hands. 11 AA hands out of 100 KK hands is significant and not easily explained as bad luck.

For what it is worth. I had 21 KK hands on poker stars in my PT database. None of them were vs AA unless the aces folded prior to showdown.
