Can anybody confirm what they have experiened? I think I'm getting conflicting information:

On the Doyles Room website:
Currently, Action Points awarded for tournament fees are credited towards the Action Points usable for freeroll entries and prizes.

The email I received:
Hi,

The Initial deposit bonus gets released once you reach the require
amount of Action Points. You earn Action Points from the Tourney fees
you pay to enter a tourney and also by playing at the real money
tables.
