moving chips to a site that wont fuck you and hold your money and pay off the "chosen Ones" or "chosed sites" and have everyone in the office administration snuff you off in a loop hole of failure to respond to some pie in the sky email. IS BULL Shit.

Sort of babble-y, but sounds like intentionally moving money between sites via a private table, aka chip dumping.

Don't do that.
