I had an issue with PokerRoom recently, and getting Email replies from CS was both long-winded and unrewarding. The issue was over a withdrawal being blocked, as I found had a few points to play from a $10 I had been given and lost several months ago - I worked this out myself in the end. This caused $87 of my own money to be blocked. I ended up playing the points off so I could withdraw, and they never got back to me with a proper explanation as to why the rest of my money was blocked. They eventually gave me a ticket for a freeroll for the Email delay, but this cost them nothing anyway.
