To be fair, this bonus might not be that bad and I'm thinking of cross posting this in the bonus forum. Alamo appears to be a Poker Room skin, so the 10x pts per $1 is pretty standard if not particuarly exceptional. The way they say you earn points is probably wrong. I think it's just like every other skin, .7 pts per $1 in rake.

I couldn't find what restrictions there were on the "real money" half of the bonus. But it seems unlikely that you could just get it and withdraw it immediately. But even if they do add $500 in real money to your account but have some sort of playthrough or WR it might allow people to move up a limit or two.

The only knocks on alamo is that they don't seem to have a download version of the software and I think their cashier service may be the same that Bayou uses. This is not a good thing.

I'm going to do a little more poking around about alamo and contact their CS for clarification about the real money part of the bonus. I'll post additional info as I get it.
