I play these alot. I just play a tighter version (flop pct betweeen 17-19%) and concentrate more on position. In early pos, I only play AA-TT, AK, AQ, KQs. That way, if it's raised, I don't mind paying 2 to see it. I actually like these tables, I always seem to do well on them. So my advice is tighten up, be patient and steamroller them when you have the best of it.
