Nah, their software just sucks. Many have this issue. Their software doesnt write all the hands to the hand database on your computer. Poker Tracker reads the database on your computer. It misses some hands due to sitting out a certain way.

I try to do what they suggest but I still end up with some missing hands at the end of my session. Maybe I'm missing a step somewhere.
