Topic: Powerplayer Money missing Forum: Bonus Whores

Hi guys, I recently cleared the sign up bonus for powerplayer and made a cashout for which i had to wait over 4 weeks to come through. I have another $1000 pending cashout as you can only cashout $1000 at a time.
Checking back to see how the cashout was progressing 2 days ago, i noticed all the $4300 i had in my account is missing and I have been left with 4cents.
The $1000 cashout i made is still pending.
I have emailed support but recieved no reply which is not surprising.
Any advice on what i can do to try to get the $ back?
