Hi, I signed up with Empire on 2 June using the BW 150 code, and got the standard email saying 9000 hands were required.

I took it up with Empire support and got this in reply:

Thank you for contacting us.
Please be kindly informed that you have to provide us with a screen shot proving that the release condition for the BW150 was indeed 5 raked hands per bonus dollar. Once you provide us with the screen shot we will be able to further assist you.

Your front page now lists Empire as 60rh, not 5, although it said 5 when I signed up.

WHat do I do now?!
