I use the tournament tracking component of PT to track my bonuses/rakeback and tournaments.
I just add a Crypto Pot limit Heads Up tourney using the name of the bonus/month as the title with me as the winner for the amount of whatever bonus I just cleared. I works very well for me since I don't play Pot Limit Heads Up Tournaments.
Everything comes out nicely and you can still sort by buy in/tourney type to keep track of legitimate tournament play.
Give that a shot.
Works for rakeback, comps, satelite seats, prizes, etc.....
