Yea I have both Empire and Party accounts. However when I first tried to sign up on my computer where I had a party account it wouldn't let me. So I went to a friend's computer and downloaded the software there and signed up. After that I am able to log on to both party and empire from my original computer. Also when you sign up like others have said pay-pro will require you to do a phone validation to activate your account. They will ask you if you have a party account, just say yes. They don't seem to care, and I think lying would be bad. Best of luck.
