Before I never had any problems playing at the cryptos (computer-technically that is). But some time ago I bought a new computer and no matter what I do, every attempt from me to log in to any crypto software has the effect of shutting down the client. Not in the way that windows crashes, the only thing which seems to happen is the client shutting down. Installing the software and starting it up is no problem at all, but when it comes to logging in the program just shuts down. It's the same story with at least the three cryptos that I've installed and tested. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software and unactivating the firewall but it get's no better. I don't believe the computer hardware is the problem since I have no other problem with the computer at all. As a temporarily solution I've played all the crypto bonuses on the old computer, but that is no longlasting solution because the old computer is so slow when it comes to multitabling.
So, if anyone has any experiences concerning the matter please share them with me, and I might be able to solve the problem.

I may have a possible solution. I had this problem when I uninstalled Macromedia Flash player by mistake. I didnt realise I had uninstalled flash but the cryptos would shutdown when trying to log in. I finally realised it was due to missing flash!! and once I reinstalled the flash 8 all was fine and dandy.
Just wanted to say thanks to nafanny29, I was having the same problems but once I installed Flash 9 everything was ok. Very timely too with the new William Hill bonus this month. |
