The $5200 is a bit different - those are the tickets to the main tournament, and they have been refunding those for people because the tournament has been changed quite a bit from its initial guarantee, and they are trying to be fair to all involved.

I had a couple of tickets - some freebies and a few I played in qualifiers with points - and I played them until I got tickets with expirations past the 11/6 cutoff. Now I just wait until they refund them.
