Theres a way you can go into live chat and put a request in. Just go to my accnt and talk to live chat. I actually just called them. They were cool on the phone. Their CS is 1-888-MY-POKER. I know theyve given people back 5200 so im sure 24.00 wont be an issue. Good Luck
