i got a conspiracy theory on this one. the point lags creates confusion about bonus clearing obviously, and with this confusion it takes longer to clear bonuses from an aggregate sort of view. this delays the run on cashouts, giving the sites a little more time to come up with cash money for cash outs. not saying this is true, just a thought i have been having. i walked away from being about halfway done for $300 in bonuses. figured there will always be another bonus, and dont want to wait too long for the cash, if shit does start getting crazy there.
