Yes i just tried it myself. it does work

It was however down for 2 of the last 3 weeks.

They also stopped crediting bonus points for more than a week. These points were never fully recovered. At the same time they stopped exchanging existing points for tickets or bonus or cash as promised. They claimed that this was a server problem yet the rake was working perfectly. Since bonus points are a function of rake. bonus point = .7 of rake, it is 3 lines of code to credit bonus points if the rake is working. This mysterious server problem also affected the trading in of bonus points for tickets or bonus or merchandise. And it affected the support peoples ability to give free tickets for problems such as server crashes. In short the "server problem" stopped every thing that let the site give money to players no matter how diverse the system and allowed every option that transferred money from the players to the site. It also mysteriously started the day that they passed the law in the US. It was not until i pointed this out in their forum and got a lot of response that it suddenly fixed itself

And it was not untill i started posting their Ontario number that they got the 800 number working again. I have heard that they are "late" with affiliate payments this month. I have no personal knowledge of this just hearsay from an affiliate. You would know better than I.

What I do know is that well over 90 % of their players are from the US a much higher percentage than any of the other ongame sites. They have stopped accepting deposits from these players because they have assets in the US, And with the celebrities they have playing the site they would be a juicy target for a publicity hungry senate. I believe that they are attemtpting to cut costs to the bone and see if they can hang on until the democrats come in and possibly repeal the law. If they can not do this they are going to tank. I dont think they can do it. Especially since they are doing it in a stupid, heavy handed and obvious way which has pissed off even non US players.

I know that i have seen these signals before several times. ln one case it was actually just technical problems which were sorted out in a few days. In about 5 or 6 others it was exactly what i thought it was. A site on the edge of bankrupcy. Big bet actually paid off its players after it folded. The other 5 did not. They just disapeared with no warning. (other then the signs that i have pointed out server problems technical dificulties confusing stories from support etc ) One day it just refused to conect to the site. Phone calls were not answered. Emails were not answered untill a few days later they bounced back with an over quota message.

Take your chances if you want. But in my opinion to leave any more money in the site than absolutely needed to play is foolish.

As for myself. I wish you would subject sam ( i know he wrote the response because i planted the neteller story with him only) to the same scrutiny you gave me. I have only one account there in my name. Friends of mine occasionally let me play on theirs. I let them play mine if i am regestered for a tour i can not make or if they do not have money in their account for instance. Hollywood poker does not allow player transfers or i would send them a few bucks to play with or vice versa. I have never depsosited in hollywood poker with neteller. So his implication that neteller backs up hollywood poker on any complaints they have with me is outright slander.

Please ask them for any proof of their allegations against me.

Or just wait and see if they are still here in a month.
