There's not a whole lot written about SH. IIRC, the limit section of "Super System II", and the books "The Making of a Poker Player" and "Weighing the Odds in Holdem" all discuss SH play somewhat.
6max limit in a nutshell:
1) Never open-limp, raise or fold
2) Never cold call a raise from any position except the BB, 3bet or fold
3) Aggression wins, raise/check-raise anything you're going to play postflop
4) Your opponent usually has utter crap, so don't fold the river for one bet with anything that's not utter crap itself (I can't count the number of hands I've won with middle/bottom pair)
5) Your opponent thinks you have utter crap, so value bet relentlessly
6) Swings are massive, so have at least 500 BB in your roll and be ready for a roller-coaster ride
