i wont pretend that this is a 100% explanation, but i think it might be:

i had a similar error a week or so ago. i had "neteller login" in my favorites in internet explorer, and clicked on that to login. it seems that they made a new login page with "refer a friend" links. its very similar to the old login page, but not exactly. also, when you actually type in www.neteller.com into a browser, it takes you to the "new" login (with the refer a friend logo). what i did was add to favorites the "new" neteller login. i havent had a problem since.
