Not requiring a PIN should have no effect on the actual cashout time. This is because we consider "cashout times" to start when the cashout is initiated and then end when the money hits your Neteller account. Under the old system, you couldn't initiate your cashout until you had your PIN number so it had no effect.

BTW, we made a few Crypto cashouts (most of the sites on the network share the same cashier) in the last week and then were just over 24 hours. The number you see on the site is the average of all cashouts from Crypto.
