Well, Bet365 doesn't accept Americans at all, so perhaps they were looking to sell out and needed a separate buyer for their U.S. accounts. I'm not totally sure what they mean by saying they're moving to Bet365's platform, but that doesn't sound like they're moving to Microgaming. Sounds more like they're selling their accounts and exiting the market.
