isnt this the default buy-in that appears when you first sit at a 2/4 table?

mainly guys taking shots and complete idiots who dont know any better other than to click "ok" when they sit down.

Correct, all limit default buyins at AP are 10 big bets. It's better then when it defaulted to the minimum buyin.
