Just want to tell you guys about the level of customer service offered by MartinsPoker So, all you non-us players might want to stay away !

The link below is to a swedish forum but basically the sitution is:

A Martinspoker customer found a guaranteed tournament in the lobby and the guaranteed price was a EPT Monte Carlo package. The tournament started with only 4 players and wasnt cancelled. A couple of days later the winner received a email from MartinsPoker stating that because the tournament only had 4 entrants and because of that they wouldnt give him the package. The only compensation he's received is the buyin (800€). They (MP) is putting the blame on b2b as the tournament wasnt supposed to be a guaranteed.

It doesnt really matter whos fault it is as the player is MartinsPoker's customer and not b2b's. So dont assume you will get you prize if youre playing a guaranteed tourney at MartinsPoker !
