As I was reluctant to play until this points fiasco was resolved, so I asked for a big extension to the time to clear the December reload. This was immediately granted, also, I later asked for another extension, that was granted too.
I have nothing but positive experiences from Eurolinx, except my KK always seems to runs into AA...LOL I just auto-fold it now
