DreamPoker has changed how Dream Points are awarded. I was trying to find out why I wasn't getting as many as I expected, and a few e-mails to support (finally) yielded this:

Kindly note that our Dream points system has changed. Dream points on cash tables are based on the amount you rake, therefore the more you rake the more Dream points you will receive.

For every $1 you rake you will receive 2 dream points.
The Dream review page is now out of date, but don't feel bad. Dream Poker hasn't even put this info on their own damn web site.
