After several subsequent inquiries, the (Old) Wingows cashier admitted that my cashout was deposited in someone else's ePassporte account. Furthermore, based upon several email exchanges with the same Wingows cashier, I am reasonably certain that such misdirected transactions are quite common with Wingows and presumably with other DGN sites as well.
However, after considrable time and effort, the wayward funds did eventually land in my correct ePass account.
