No, they hand out FPPs at a rate that works out to up to 34% or so (if you buy cash bonuses from their online store). Actual value depends on how you spend the FPPs, what games you play, etc. When they offer a bonus, it doesn't affect FPPs, since FPPs (unlike rakeback) aren't based on MGR.
They don't offer actual rakeback and they don't pay affiliates a percentage, so even under-the-table rakeback is impossible.
