Topic: Kudos to RedKings customer support Forum: Bonus Whores

I had the exact opposite experience with redkings but I guess the quality of support always depends on who is replying that day. (except titan poker, those are all morons without exception )

I had 500$ bonus, only like 25$ more to clear and 2/3days left. The site was down and I asked support to at least give me an extra day/week or so to clear it because it was not my fault they had technical issues...
They kept sending me those bullshit emails and clearly just wanted to keep me bussy without actually replying.
They fixed the pokerroom one or two days later so 24 hours left to clear that bonus and only just made it. Was a bonus that didn't pay in small parts.

I just hate that they send me 4 mails with the same meaningless content and it took maybe 8 hours between each mail.

(I would have much prefered a mail stating that they could not fix the expiry date from the bonus than just keeping me busy for 2 days)

this exact same thing happened today with a friend of mine at tower and they would extend the bonus with a week almost with no questions asked.
